Whilst Optimum.consulting was born in 2022, our people have been around the block implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions for a very long time. We are experts in what we do, and have worked with clients large, medium, and small to solve their most complex technology challenges..
Our focus is first on understanding your business strategy and what’s important to you, what makes your business tick, and what makes it stand out from the competition. It is only then that we jump into the driver’s seat to lead the solution definition and implementation which goes hand in hand with delivering effective change management ensuring that your staff are on board with the digital transformation journey.
As soon as possible and when ready, we place you into the driver’s seat and we become passengers to continue supporting you on the continued technology journey.

Matthew Lingard
CEO
Matt is a passionate Queenslander who currently resides in Canberra. He loves a variety of sports and when not working spends time with his wife and two daughters. Has Matt lived overseas? You bet! He moved with his family to the USA in early 2013, where he lived in the San Francisco bay area for two years followed by four years in Seattle. After six years, Matt moved back to Australia in late 2019.
Matt is a co-Founder & Company Director and leads Optimum.consulting as the CEO of the business. With over 20 years of global experience selling and delivering technology solutions such as Business Applications to Business and Artificial Intelligence covering disciplines including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to Retailing, eCommerce, Field and Customer Service. Prior to Optimum.consulting Matt worked with ArganoArbela, DXC.Technology, UXC Eclipse and ZAP Business Intelligence.

CAROLYN EAMES
SALES LEAD
Carolyn has a sweet spot for four legged friends and has a Great Dane named Zephyr. She is a social being and is passionate about forging deep connections and helping others across all walks of life. Carolyn's travels have taken her to many corners of the world including India, Europe, The Baltics, South and North America, and Asia to name just a few.
Carolyn is a co-Founder & Company Director and leads Sales & Marketing for Optimum.consulting in Australia and New Zealand. With over 20 years of experience selling the entire Microsoft Dynamics technology stack to large and mid-size businesses, she specialises in D365 Finance and Operations, Customer Engagement, and Power Platform. Prior to Optimum.consulting, Carolyn worked with Microsoft partners including DXC.Technology, UXC Eclipse, and Professional Advantage. She is driven by finding the right solutions for businesses across industries to support their immediate needs and future growth on a cloud platform.

MARY ANN TAN
DELIVERY LEAD
Mary Ann loves to travel and was lucky to have visited many places for work including Japan, the Philippines, Thailand, North America, Canada, and Central Europe. Nowadays, you will find her mostly reading when she finds some spare time outside work. Besides that, Mary Ann has a passion for salsa dancing and loves scuba diving being a certified rescue diver.
Mary Ann is a co-Founder & Company Director and leads the Delivery Team of Optimum.consulting in Australia and New Zealand. She has over 20 years of implementation experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) and 365 across Retail and Distribution, and held positions ranging from Developer to Solution Architect, Practice Manager, and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Prior to Optimum.consulting she worked with ArganoArbela, DXC.Technology, Sable37, Adaptable Consulting, and Avon.
